Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Burning Bridges AI. By creating an account, uploading content, or starting a generation, you agree to these Terms.

You keep ownership of photos and other content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, review, transform, and store that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

You confirm that:

You own the submitted content or have all required licenses and permissions
Every identifiable person has consented to the use of their image for this purpose
Your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights
You will review the generated video before publishing or distributing it

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the service to create or distribute:

Impersonation, identity deception, fraud, scams, or misleading endorsements
Harassment, threats, defamation, stalking, or targeted abuse
Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a person who did not consent
Sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content involving anyone under 18
Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
Illegal, extremist, dangerous, or malicious content
Attempts to bypass moderation, access another user's files, or disrupt the service

We may reject assets, stop jobs, remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

AI Output and Human Review

AI video generation is probabilistic. Results may contain identity drift, mixed characters, inaccurate clothing, altered logos, facial artifacts, body distortion, or malformed hands. Occlusion, fast movement, side profiles, crowded scenes, and low-quality photos increase these risks.

You are responsible for reviewing every output before publication. Do not present generated media as authentic footage when doing so could deceive or harm others. Add appropriate disclosure when required by law, platform policy, or context.

Template Video and Audio

The service edits a video template selected and licensed by the operator. You receive rights only to the generated output permitted by your plan and applicable law. You do not receive ownership of the underlying template or third-party material.

Outputs are generated without audio. You are responsible for obtaining music, voice, and sound recording rights before adding or publishing audio.

APIMart Processing

Real-person photos are sent to APIMart for Private Avatar review and Seedance video editing. APIMart is an independent third-party processor with its own technical limits, terms, moderation rules, and data practices. We do not guarantee provider availability, review approval, generation time, or a particular provider-side deletion schedule.

Credits and Payments

Generation prices are shown before submission. Current render costs are 100 credits for 480p, 300 credits for 720p, and 600 credits for 1080p. New accounts start with zero credits and must purchase a one-time credit pack before generating. We may change future pricing or promotional credits, but a submitted job uses the price displayed at submission.

Credits are charged when a generation starts. If photo review or the provider job definitively fails, the service automatically records an idempotent refund for the credits charged to that job. Temporary provider or network errors may leave a job pending while it is checked again. Credits are not normally refunded for completed jobs, user dissatisfaction with a technically completed result, or failures caused by prohibited content.

Paid credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable outside the service except where required by law.

Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful photo approval, a particular render time, exact identity consistency, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Account Suspension and Termination

You are responsible for protecting your account. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, payment disputes, abusive usage, or legal requirements. You may delete your account through account settings when that option is available.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, generated content, third-party processing, or inability to access a job. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the service, providers, pricing, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
